We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally, discrepancies may occur, resulting in our inability to fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will ship the available products and contact you to decide whether you prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered items or prefer a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. The final price for shipping will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Returns

We gladly accept returns due to change of mind, provided a return request is received within 10 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. For more details on refunds, please refer to our Warranty & Return & Replacement Policy.

Delivery Terms

  • Transit Time: Domestic shipments typically take 2 – 7 days.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment unless it is a pre-order. Our warehouse operates Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

Change of Delivery Address

Requests for a change of delivery address can be made any time before the order has been dispatched.

Courier Partners

We ship products using reputable services. If your location is non-serviceable, your order may be cancelled with a refund.

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to become available before dispatching your order. Existing items in your order will be reserved during this period.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us so we can investigate.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID to follow your shipment's progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider. If you do not receive a tracking ID, please email us at support@nexlev.in.

Duties & Taxes

GST is already applied to the price of goods as displayed on the website.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

  • Process for Damaged Products : We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
  • Process for Lost Parcels: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation and deems the parcel lost.
