I received a defective product. It has been over 10 days, there is no resolution. They say their customer care is human and not AI. I would suggest not to fall for this product. Do not recommend buying the Spin Scrubber.
I recently received the Nexlev Electric Spin Scrubber as a gift, and it has been incredibly useful! I have sensitive skin, and using my bare hands for dish washing often resulted in burns and peeling from the chemicals in cleaning solutions. My doctor advised me to use gloves, but as a baker and cook, I still needed to clean my own station and utensils.Knowing my situation, my friend gifted me this scrubber/ cleaner on my birthday. At first, I struggled to use it correctly; every time I applied pressure, it would stop working, which made me think it wasn’t functioning. However, I learned that this is a safety feature to prevent overload from excessive pressure. After watching a helpful video, I discovered that you just need to lightly touch it to the surface you want to clean. The motor is powerful and really does a great job! It has two speed modes—one fast and one a bit slower—both of which are useful. Plus, it’s cordless and charges via a USB Type-C port.Using it is simple: just prepare the dish soap mixture and add it to the dispenser. The manual is also very clear and helpful.Now, after a month of use, I couldn’t be happier! I can easily clean my car seats and the exterior, especially with the car wash kit my brother uses, along with the shine cream for the car body. The two different sponges in this Nexlev product act as a buffer, making the car shine. My brother loves this product too! It has been a fantastic addition to our home and our cars. I highly recommend it!

The product is excellent and simplifies cleaning kitchen utensils, helps in keeping home clean and neat. It also makes washing vehicles much easier. I find it incredibly useful for managing household chores.
