My machine is not working directly after turning on. Need to pour some water on top of the jet hole after that it's working, not useful for very sensitive gums and teeth.

Good product. Could be better.
It does what it says. Good variety of modes and pressure levels. Good build quality. Really nice travel pouch.But it’s been a steep learning curve to get to using it. It’s been a few weeks but it’s not become my replacement for regular flossing yet. But this might just be me.While I appreciate the two different angled nozzles, I feel it would have been much better if the attachments could be locked in place, in a specific angle. Currently, while the nozzle attaches snugly, it is allowed to rotate freely. This made it really difficult to get the tip aligned perfectly without having to struggle to see it in the mirror or feel for the tip angle while in your mouth. By the time I get it placed correctly to floss 3-4 teeth, the 200ml water tank is empty.I think this product is great for ppl with sensitive gums or difficult to floss teeth. For normal usage I feel it needs good amount of practice.

It takes a while to get used to water flossing. I liked the product as it is easy to use and the water compartment capacity is more than enough.
