Warranty Policy – Microphone


Every Nexlev product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner, provided purchased from an authorized dealer, for 1 year from its original date of purchase.

For a product found faulty which may prove defective under normal use and service during the offered warranty period, Nexlev or their authorized service partners will either repair the product using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or exchange the product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or, a product
that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces.

For selected products, this warranty can be extended from the date of purchase, depending on the product. The length of the extended warranty period shall be as displayed in the warranty portal at the time the product was purchased. To be eligible for the extension of the warranty, the original purchaser must register the purchase of their Nexlev product online on the warranty portal within 1 month of the purchase. The terms and conditions of the original warranty will then apply for the term of the warranty period.

At Nexlev, to claim the warranty of a product unregistered for warranty at www.nexlev.in, the customer should provide us with proof of purchase. Nexlev will not provide a replacement of the original proof of purchase or transfer that proof of purchase to any subsequent owners of the Nexlev product.

In all circumstances, a claimant under this warranty will be liable for all costs in delivering the Nexlev product to the authorized Nexlev service center for warranty repair and for all costs in collecting the Nexlev product from that authorized Nexlev service center after warranty repair. That authorized Nexlev service center may waive the cost of pick up & return shipping to a nominated address after the warranty repair at that service center’s sole discretion.

Nexlev will not be responsible for any damage incurred during transit.
The warranty repair will be conducted by the authorized Nexlev service center as promptly as possible and within a reasonable time from the date of submission for the warranty repair.


The following cases are not covered under warranty. Nexlev shall determine, at its sole discretion, whether the product has been subject to any of the exclusions outlined in this clause.
  • Any item purchased from an unauthorized Nexlev dealer, online or offline
  • Tampered by unauthorized persons or repair shops
  • Minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product that do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose
  • Disposable batteries
  • Any modifications or non-factory-installed electrical/electronic components
  • Damage or defects due to alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, extremes of temperature or humidity, or abnormal strain
  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Damage in shipping
  • External damage on cables (exposed wirings, cuts, tears, etc.)
  • Cracking or other damage to the product after purchase.
  • Any damage from accessories (casings/housings/pouches, headband parts, ear cups, earbuds, extension cables, airplane adaptors, battery, etc.)
  • Any item/s included free on a purchase
  • Sound characteristics (sound is a subjective matter hence it is out of warranty)
  • Damage resulting from force majeure or acts of God
  • Use of products with incompatible or faulty equipment
Nexlev shall not be liable for damages over the purchase price of the Nexlev products arising out of the use or inability to use the Nexlev products insofar as allowed to be disclaimed by law in the jurisdiction where the Nexlev product was purchased. Any repair or replacement of the product does not extend the warranty period of the product.
