Nexlev Gaming Chairs come with 3 years limited warranty. We are here to provide you with a hassle-free warranty without any hidden charges and/or conditions.
We request you to have your product registered so that we can provide you with
enhanced service and support.

Warranty Terms:

  1. Nexlev Gaming Chairs are made with utmost care. They go through multiple QC checks before reaching the customer and are covered under warranty for any functional parts and workmanship defects. The decision to repair or replace any part of the product will be at the sole discretion of Nexlev.
  2. To avail of any of the warranty Services, Repairs, or Replacement, the customer must provide the original Proof of Purchase. If there's some issue with the product related to the quality, functionality, or in case you've received a damaged product, the product can be replaced under the replacement window subject to terms specified in the Returns and Replacement Policy. In case the Replacement window is closed we will only be able to offer you Repairs for the same.
  3. For a product found faulty, Nexlev or their authorized service partners will either repair the product using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or exchange the product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or, a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces.
  4. Nexlev Gaming Chairs are DIY, and the faltering part can be self-replaced. After the customer raises a service request, basis the audio/video call assessment by the support engineer, spare parts to fix the issue will be sent to the customer on a FOC or chargeable basis depending on the warranty inclusions and exclusions. Customers can also request onsite service support from Nexlev as an add-on chargeable service which is subject to availability at the customer’s pin code.
  5. For any part out of warranty, the customer can purchase the same from Nexlev or its authorized dealer at a reasonable cost subject to the availability of the spare parts.

Warranty Inclusions:

Any Manufacturing Defects that affect the performance of the Gaming Chair or the functionality of the following parts are covered under the warranty:

  • Hydraulic Gas Lift
  • Armrests
  • Recline Mechanism
  • Tilt Mechanism
  • Chair Base and Wheels

Warranty Exclusions:

Nexlev shall determine, at its sole discretion, whether the product has been subject to any of the exclusions outlined in this clause.
The Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic or functional defects caused by natural wear and tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper installation or assembly by the customer, improper maintenance, misuse, modifications, any accidental damage due to fire, or damage caused by acts of God.
Nexlev shall not be liable for damages above the purchase price of the Nexlev products arising out of its usage or inability to do so. Any repair or replacement of the product does not extend the warranty period of the product.
